SSTV was active again transmitting from the International Space Station starting a few days ago on January 31st about 14:00 UTC. The images are from the “Expedition 58 – MAI-75 Jan 2019” mission. The Moscow Aviation Institute were conducting their SSTV experiment from January 30 – February 1. The scheduling meant the experiment was only active during a couple of orbits that flew over Moscow instead of a continuous operation. Rough time periods of activation appeared to fall between the hours of 13:00 – 19:00 UTC.
My usual equipment was employed including a Funcube SDR and turnstile antenna. The images were transmitted at 145.800 Mhz in SSTV PD180 mode at 640 x 496 pixels
I have a previous blog post describing how I receive and decode the images that you can read about here http://digitalrust.co.uk/blogz/?p=780
